Many teams use a triangle formation for their midfielders where on player stands in front of the net and two stand at the top of the box.
Scoring
In the mll players score up to 17or 18 goals a game. Which seems like a lot but when you have the best lacrosse players in the world on one field it doesn't seem like that much.
Mikey Powell
What some people think as the best lacrosse player ever. Mikey Powell has inspired many people to play lacrosse through seeing his amazing skills. Now, he is no longer player mll lacrosse but he is still one of the best in the world.
Paul Rabill
MLL Rookie season. Played in nine games for the Cannons…Named Inside Lacrosse Player of the Year…Third on the team in goals (24) and fourth in points (31). Led the team in two-point goals (3). Collected 21 ground balls and five and a half penalty minutes…Named MLL’s Cascade Rookie of the Week after a five-point game (4 goals, 1 assist) against Washington on 6/19/08. Named to MLL All-Star Team.
Playoffs and Championship
For the playoffs of the MLL there are usually 6 teams left to try for the championship. During playoffs, teams usually play one game unlike some leagues that play series. All the teams except for two will be knocked out of the playoffs leaving only two teams left for the championship. For the championship there is only one game and there are usually 15 goals scored for each team during the championship.
